A great philosopher of memes once said i don't want anything to do with something that has the word die in it and we couldn't agree more. The word diet is attached to so many negative connotations its no wonder people rarely stick to them. We've already swapped out resolutions with intentions, now its time to bury diet and plant the seed for a lifestyle change.
A lifestyle change unlike a diet isn't about meeting short term goals but instead curating a way of living that helps you feel better inside and out. Simple things that have nothing to do with your food intake such as getting more sleep at night, standing at your desk instead of sitting, reducing screen time and even getting monthly spa services will help you start to change your lifestyle.
